Yes, messaging a licensed healthcare provider once per day is completely free. You do not need to provide insurance or credit card information. You do need to be a Member. Membership is free, and the Access Window to become a Member is from the 1st to the 5th every month.
No. Messaging a healthcare provider is free for everyone. We don’t check income levels.
You do not need to provide insurance or credit card information to become a member and to message a healthcare provider once per day. There is a small fee for select services (if you need to send more than 1 message per day, if you need a quicker response, if you prefer a video or phone call).
Most responses by the healthcare provider are relatively quick, averaging within a few hours. However, you should expect to hear back within 24 hours.
A small fee of $4.99 guarantees a response within the hour (usually within 15 minutes).
We highly recommend that you still have health insurance so that services that we do not provide are covered such as hospital visits.

The Access Window for Membership opens from the 1st to the 5th every month. After you fill up the sign-up form with your medical history and upload your ID, your information will be verified and membership will be approved.
Membership approval occurs during the Access Window which is from the 1st to the 5th every month, as long as the information you provided in the sign-up form is verified and you upload a valid government-issued ID.
